Eligibility Requirements

Returns are accepted when items meet these criteria:

Returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories

Include your order confirmation or receipt

Not personalized beyond standard customization options

Return Process

Contact us first at contact@Deepsold.shop for return approval

We'll send you:

  1. Prepaid return shipping label

  2. Packaging instructions

  3. Return authorization number (RA# - required on all packages)

Important: Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Order Issues

Notify us immediately if you receive:

Damaged frames, artwork, or packaging

Wrong design, dimensions, or color

Missing parts or hardware

Non-Returnable Products

Custom designs with personal text/images

Clearance or final sale items

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Exchange Procedure

Refund Processing
