At DeepSold.shop, we prioritize your satisfaction. Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet our eligibility criteria. Digital products, however, have a separate policy since they become accessible right after purchase.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns are only processed for items that are unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, for us to proceed with your request.

Return Request Process

Contact our team at contact@DeepSold.shop before returning anything. We'll review your request, approve it if eligible, and send specific instructions, including a return shipping label for physical items when needed. Unauthorized returns won't be accepted.

Order Issues

Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you find defects, damage, or the wrong item, reach out immediately so we can assess and resolve the problem quickly.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items can't be returned, including all digital downloads like planners, templates, PDFs, and spreadsheets. This also covers custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchange Policy

To exchange for a different style or size, start by requesting a return on the original item. Once approved, you can order the new variation separately.

Refund Processing

After we receive and check the returned item, we'll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, though your bank may take extra time to reflect it.
